QU: What are the locations of your Christmas Crazy megastores?
We have two locations in NSW – Taren Point (3/139 Taren Point Rd) and the other Christmas megastore is located in Kirrawee (5/545 Princes Hwy).
QU: Are all online items also available in-stores?
Products available on our online Christmas shop may differ to our retail stores for a number of reasons. Such as the size of our product range, store size, stock availability or fragility of the products (that are too delicate to send by freight). In addition, special offers may different online to in-store from time to time.
QU: What types of payment methods do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept multiple payment options – PayPal, Mastercard and Visa.
QU: Is there a minimum purchase price for postage or “click & collect”?
No. We aim to provide you with as much flexibility as we possibly can and that is why we now offer “click & collect” for those who would like to secure their purchase and save on shipping.
QU: Where is your “click & collect” collection point?
All “Click & Collect” orders are available for pickup from our Taren Point megatore store.
QU: Where are you shipping from?
All postage orders are shipped Australia wide from our megastore in Taren Point, NSW, Australia.
QU: How long will my order take to arrive?
- We ship using Sendle
- Your order will generally arrive 3-10 days from the date it is sent (depending on your location)
QU: When is the cut off date for all shipping deliveries, in-order to receive our items before Christmas?
Due to the high volume of orders we receive over the Christmas period we advise that you place your order as far in advance as possible. Feel free to contact us if you require more information.
QU: Will I get a tracking number?
- You will receive a tracking number once your parcel is sent.
- The tracking number will be on your ‘order sent’ email and can be tracked via the Sendle website.
QU: Can we exchange or return if something goes wrong with our order?
Because we are an Aussie company, your purchase is protected by the Australian Consumer Law and our Returns Policy.
QU: Is shopping online secure?
When you make a purchase via Christmas Crazy website your financial details are passed through a secure server using an SSL (secure sockets layer) which is encryption technology designed for additional security and your peace of mind. You can confirm if a website has SSL encryption by siting the small padlock icon in your URL address bar.
QU: Do you share my personal information?
Christmas Crazy understands that the information you provide when purchasing is private and confidential. We DO NOT pass on any information obtained either via the website or through customer generated sales and enquiries via email, phone, fax or mail to third parties. Your information is never shared or sold to another company.

You can send an email direct to the inbox of our friendly staff at Christmas Crazy via our purpose built “Contact us” form. We aim to respond to all enquiries in a timely manner. Please allow 1-3 days for a response due to heavy traffic during the Christmas season.
