Christmas Crazy online purchase Refund Policy

At Christmas Crazy we stand behind our products and expect you’ll be satisfied with your purchase. If you have a question or issue about the product or if the product is faulty please email info@christmascrazy.com.au and we will arrange a replacement item or refund (providing the fault is a manufacturing issue).

For change of mind, our policy does not authorise a refund, it does however provide for the exchange of goods or credit note if the goods are returned within 10 days of receiving your order. This only applies for orders delivered within Australia.

Christmas Crazy online purchase does not sell to overseas customers. This is an Australian only online store.

For our Australian customers, Christmas Crazy also offers Click and Collect from our store at Unit 3/139 Taren Point Rd, Taren Point.

1.0 Refunds

Christmas Crazy does not provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect choice. Shipping costs are not refundable at any time and are incurred at the expense of the customer.


1.1 Refund Claim

To apply for a refund the following information must be provided:

An email sent to info@christmascrazy.com.au within 10 days of receiving the order advising that the product is faulty. The email must contain the following information:

  • A copy of the receipt (proof of purchase issued by ChristmasCrazy.com.au) attached
    to the email
  • An explanation of the fault/issue
  • Photos attached supporting the fault/issue
  • Your request (e.g you are seeking a refund, replacement or credit note)


1.2 Refund Approval

On receipt of the faulty product, Christmas Crazy will assess the returned product and determine whether the product is faulty due to manufacturing. An email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement/ credit note request.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.


1.3 Late or missing refunds 

Christmas Crazy will endeavour to implement refunds within 3 business days of the stock returning.

If a refund is not received within 5 days of our email notifying you we have received the return, check your nominated bank or credit card institution. If the refund is not showing on your statement please contact us to make sure there has been no error on our part. We also advise that you contact your financial service as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing delay before a refund is posted.

1.4 Credit Notes (Change of Mind Returns)

For products purchased online and you have a change of mind you have 10 days to apply for a credit voucher. The Credit Voucher will have 1 year validity. Christmas Crazy does not authorise a refund for Change of Mind.

Products returned to us due to change of mind must be returned in its original NEW condition and original package. It would be preferred if boxes are not opened and mishandled. If the package has been opened all items must be returned in the same packing manner with all attachments inside the box, sealed and returned exactly the same way it was delivered. If this is not done in this manner and products are returned without the correct attachments and untidy packing we have the right to refuse a credit note.


1.5 Product Replacement  

If it is deemed that the product is faulty due to manufacturing and it is replacement that you seek, a replacement product will be organised for shipping.

The replacement product will be shipped to you at your cost using your method of payment credit card or PayPal within a couple of days of receiving the product.

If Christmas Crazy no longer has the item in stock a refund of a single purchase price and shipping cost will be honoured. In the event multiple purchases are made online and the item in question cannot be replaced the shipping cost will not be refunded.


1.6 Return to Sender Details    

Christmas Crazy approved faulty goods can be returned via freight to:

(Please contact us first to let us know of the parcels return.)

Please note: the shipping cost for a replacement item will be incurred by you (the customer).

Furthermore, faulty products bought online can also be returned in person to our store at Taren Point located at:

Please note: Proof of purchase must be provided to enable a return.

A refund can be issued on the spot at the store based on a valid reason for returning the product.

Faulty products purchased online will not be refunded at our Kirrawee store.
