1.7 Warranty Validity

Our Warranty covers products that are faulty due to manufacturing. The Warranty covers products that are either partly operational or completely faulty.

The Warranty is forfeited if the product has been mishandled or altered in any way including the following:

  • has not been installed or assembled correctly
  • has been damaged during installation
  • has been damaged by cutting or pulling the electrical wires
  • has been damaged by way of mishandling the product
  • is altered by yourself or an electrician
  • is installed using an incorrect transformer
  • is exposed to the elements permanently.

Christmas products are produced for seasonal use only and should not be left displayed outside permanently. Ongoing exposure from the environment will deteriorate the product.


1.8 Damaged goods in Transit

If a product delivered to you has been damaged in transit, you must contact Christmas Crazy via email within 24 hours of delivery that you have received a damaged product. You then have 7 days after contacting us to ship the goods to our return address or return the goods in person to our Taren Point store. Christmas Crazy can refuse providing you with a refund or credit voucher if there is a delay in promptly returning the product.


1.9 PRICES

Christmas Crazy reserves the right to alter our prices displayed on our website at any time without any notice being provided to you. Revised prices for the same product purchased may occur online at any time between the time of purchasing the product, shipping the product and the product arriving to your delivery address. All products purchased under the purchase term including pricing must be accepted by the customer at the time of purchase. Difference in price will not be refunded to customers for items which incur a price change. Prices and delivery costs are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders placed prior to the change.


2.0 Limitation of Liability

ChristmasCrazy.com.au does not accept any liability for any injuries caused by the use or misuse of the products purchased from ChristmasCrazy.com.au online store. Christmas Crazy does not accept any liability for any direct or indirect or consequential damages or loss of income arising from the use, performance or delivery and non-delivery of a product purchased online.

Christmas Crazy shall not be liable for any costs involved and losses due to any delay in performing and providing any of its obligations including providing customers with products purchased online at a specified time.

Christmas Crazy shall not be liable for any costs and losses involved due to the delivery of a product received in a damaged manner under these terms and conditions if such an issue is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Christmas Crazy.

Christmas Crazy shall not be held responsible in case of any liability issues related to personal injury, death, fraudulent misrepresentation, defective items or other product, service or delivery problems.

Christmas Crazy shall not be liable for the performance of a product purchased online due to the nature of the manufacturing process which is not in our control. We are only resellers of products produced by other companies.
