Christmas Crazy online store is operational (365 days) throughout the year with Australia Wide Shipping, however our “Click & Collect” service will be unavailable from January – September whilst our megastores at Kirrawee and Taren Point are closed. Our megastores will reopen again (along with our “Click & Collect” service) between Mid October and 31 December 2022.
 

 

0.1 Click & Collect

We’re excited to provide a free Click & Collect service for products that are in stock at our Taren Point store! Simply purchase your product online and we will advise you via email when your product is available for collection at Taren Point within 24hrs, subject to product availability.
‘Ready today’ Means your items are typically ready to collect at your selected store by end of day ordered.
‘Ready tomorrow’ Means your items are typically ready to collect at our Taren Point store by end of next business day.


0.2 Collecting your order

Click & Collect parcels need to be signed for at the store or location nominated upon checkout for pick-up. Simply use the email copy on your phone as a proof of purchase together with your photo identification. If you authorised another person to collect your parcel, they will require photo identification in order to sign for and collect the parcel together with the proof of purchase. Once the parcel has been signed for, you or the person collecting are responsible for any damage or loss of items.


0.3 FREIGHT CHARGES

All products on our website are priced excluding freight. The website will calculate the cost of freight using the size and weight of the item(s) and delivery address. The total cost of freight will be calculated and added to your shopping cart.

Freight charges are non-refundable except for the non-delivery of a parcel.

Christmas Crazy offers both standard and express shipping. If you require express delivery ensure you choose that way of shipping.

The cost of freight for a refund is incurred by the customer.

The cost of Christmas Crazy returning a replacement product to you following an exchange is also incurred by the customer.

Shipping costs may also vary based on changes implemented by the freight company.


0.4 DISPATCHING

Christmas Crazy dispatching days for online sale orders will be limited to Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 11am-5pm.

Christmas Crazy cannot ship to PO boxes.

All products will be manually checked to ensure all parts are inside the package and tested by us before the product is dispatched.

If Christmas Crazy no longer has the item in stock a refund of a single purchase price and shipping cost will be honoured. In the event multiple purchases are made online and the item in question cannot be replaced the shipping cost will not be refunded.

Replacements for Warranty products will be dispatched within 3 days of receiving the
returned parcel.


0.5 SHIPPING

Home delivery orders are delivered on weekdays by either Sendle or CourierPlease. Parcels may take between 3 to 10 business days to be delivered, subject to availability. A tracking number will be provided by the freight company to track your parcel. Deliveries may take longer during busy periods or during the Covid-19 pandemic.

If no one is at home to accept the parcel at the delivery address, a notification from the freight company will be left in the mailbox or under the door providing you with details to arrange a redelivery time or a location for pickup. A re-delivery cost may be involved if they are required to re-deliver the parcel.

There may also be noticeable delays in the delivering of parcels based on an increase in demand over the Christmas period due to the COVID-19 pandemic.


0.6 NOTIFICATION FOR DELAYS IN DELIVERIES

If after 9 days from your date of purchase you have not received the parcel you will need to notify us by email immediately. We will contact the freight company and track the parcel’s last transit. We will then advise you of our next steps. You will be contacted via email to discuss preferred options.


0.7 Order tracking

If you have an account with us, you can login to your account and track your order. If you don’t have an account or checked out as a guest, the Tracking ID number can track your order via the shipping providers website, ie. Sendle & CouriersPlease.

0.9 Large Item Classification

Large items may carry different delivery charges and times. An item over 25kg, or 120cm or 100L is classified as a ‘large’ parcel.
